Return Policy – Instantbond

Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.

Instantbond is a high-performance industrial adhesive, and once shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons. Adhesives cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our facility, even if unopened.

No Returns or Exchanges

• We do not accept returns for any reason, including unused or unopened items.

• We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
